The Irontech SR138 Service Rig is a lightweight carrier designed to be efficient and highly competitive in today's oilfield. Our design department utilized their 20 years of expertise to create a unique service rig incorporating the design evolutuions of the Canadian oilpatch. The 38"X10" main drum and 38"X8" sandline drum drawworks is a lightweight design allowing for easy and minimal repairs and maintenance. Standard parts and components provide for infield servicing without costly time delays. Available features such as polychain belt drives and free standing outriggers place the Irontech SR138 at the forefront of service rig technology. We have manufactured a 72' stiff mast for the SR138 allowing for fast rig-up and efficient well servicing. The custom designed carrier allows our clients to purchase a service rig that meets all of their requirements and design preferences. The power train is designed to our customer's preference and can consist of traditional 8V71 Detroit Diesel power paired with 750, 4460, or 5860 Allison Transmission, or state of the art series 60 engines. All major components are subject to customer input to insure full satisfaction. Our certified mechanics and journyman welders allow for all types of mechanical and fabrication designs to be achieved. The SR138 is fully certified and inspected upon completion and includes a Commercial Vehicle Inspection (CVIP) certificate, Transport Canada National Safety Mark (NSM), World Manufacturer Identifier (WMI) Code, Mast certification in accordance with API standards, Drawworks certification in accordance with API standards, Freestanding Outrigger certification (if applicable) in accordance with API standards and an Irontech SR138 Owner's Manual. Our internal sandblasting & painting facility provides the finishing touch with quality industrial paint matching our clients Company colors.
