The Irontech SR242 & SR342 Service Rigs are heavy duty carriers designed to service deep wells in excess of 2500 meters. The SR242 features a 42"X10" main drum and 38"X8" sandline drum drawworks that is designed for strenuous well servicing while remaining lightweight in design. We have incorporated an air controlled disc brake on the main drum.This auxiliary brake system replaces the traditional fluid based hydromatic by eliminating the freezing and weight concerns, while providing superior braking power. Advancements such as the disc brake ensure the SR242 is an industry leader. Our SR342 Service Rig is designed for extreme well servicing applications and features a heavy duty drawworks complete with a 42"X12" main drum, 42"X8" sandline drum, and a hydromatic auxilary brake. The 104' and 108' masts on the SR242 and SR342 are capable of pulling triple rods and double tubing per string with hook loads of up to 275,000 lbs. while allowing for optium snubbing equipment clearance. The custom design carrier allows our clients to purchace a service rig that meets all of their requirements and design preferences. The power train is designed to our customers's preference and can consist of traditional 8V92 Detroit Diesel power paired with a 750 or 5860 Allision transmission, or state of the art series 60 engines. All major components are subject to customer input to insure full satisfaction. Our certified mechanics and journeyman welders allow for all types of mechanical and fabrication designs to be achieved. The SR242 and SR342 is fully certified and inspected upon completion and includes a Commercial Vehicle Inspection (CVIP) certificate, Transport Canada National Safety Mark (NSM), World manufacturer Identifier (WMI) Code, Mast certification in accordance with API standards, Drawworks certification in accordance with API standards, Freestanding Outrigger certification (if applicable) in accordance with API standards and an Irontech Owner's Manual. Our internal sandblasting & painting facility provides the finishing touch with quality industrial paint matching our clients Company colors.
